Holy Trinity Cathedral, in partnership with Conwest Developments, has applied to the City of New Westminster to redevelop, seismically upgrade, and restore the Holy Trinity Cathedral through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement and OCP Amendment. 

Our project includes a 30-storey mixed-use building, with a new Parish Hall, 14 market rental units, and 271 market ownership units, including 128 family-friendly units. This new development will also include a community plaza, 4.5 levels of parking, a public elevator and staircase on Clarkson St., and a safe and publicly-accessible pedestrian path through Carnarvon and Clarkson St., toward the Columbia Skytrain Station.
