Keeping the Faith

In today's commemoration of David of Menevia, the patron saint of the Welsh people, we remember a leader who worked to ensure that his beleaguered community faithful to the gospel.  In many ways David is our patron as well, for we too find ourselves, as Christians on the Pacific Coast in the twenty-first century, beset on many sides by uncertainty.
