Spring has sprung, and with it new growth from the greenery that surrounds our beautiful site.  Lend a hand or a financial donation towards the care of our grounds and gardens.  Beginning this week, both professional and volunteer services will be tidying the grounds.  Check with the parish office for the ways you can help.  Some suggestions are:

- trimming the hedges along Carnarvon Street

- wrestling out the blackberry brambles in the hedges and beds

- removing weeds and vines from fencing

- pruning shrubs and branches

- weeding the memorial garden

- picking up litter

- painting out graffiti

- trucking out green waste

Please bring your own gloves and equipment if you are working at a time when staff are not in the offices. Whether you can spend an hour or an afternoon, your help is welcome.

On Sunday May 19 from noon to 4 pm, all interested persons are invited to gather on the site for a parish work party.  Neighbours warmly invited to join us for coffee, donuts, and good clean fun whatever the weather.
