New Primate-Elect of the Anglican Church of Canada

On June 26, 2025, the Rt. Rev. Shane Parker, the diocesan bishop of Ottawa, was elected as the 15th Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada.  The process took 5 ballots and a request to the House of Bishops for additional names.  Through the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit, the gathering came together to welcome our new Primate.
