Prayers for Tumbler Ridge

Holy Trinity Cathedral, along with many people of faith, remember the community of Tumbler Ridge as they face the tragedy of the mass shooting at the high school.  We lift up all who died violently, and ask God to surround their families and friends with comfort and supports.  We give thanks for all the emergency responders and for the health and spiritual care practioners, counsellors and government agencies as they care for all affected.  May we each work in our own ways to reach out to those in distress and entrust our troubled hearts to the One who loves us, Jesus Christ our Lord.
